1. THE MAKER IS NOT AVAILABLE, THE FILE CHOICE WINDOW IS NOT OPENING.
The program has certain system and software requirements for running properly.
Minimum requirements:
- IE v.5, or Firefox v. 1.3, or Opera v. 8, or Safari v. 3.0.3.
- Adobe Flash Player v. 10
- JavaScript v. 1.2

2. JUST AFTER CHOOSING THE FILE THE PROGRAM REPORTS AN ERROR INSPITE OF STARTING THE UPLOAD.
The file is damaged or your firewall is blocking the request.
Choose another file or change your firewall settings so that it will not prevent the file upload.

3. AN ERROR OCCURS DURING THE FILE UPLOAD OR DOWNLOAD.
The connection was closed because of the network troubles. Fix the problem with your Internet provider and then try again.

4. AN ERROR OCCURS DURING THE FILE PROCESSING.
This could happens for any of the following reasons:
- The file is damaged. Try to reload it, or to upload another one.
- The file format is not supported. Please notice that only MP3, WMA and OGG formats are ok.
- The file is too large. Notice that files no larger than 15Mb are allowed.
- The server is overloaded now. Please try again later.

5. THE FILE IS OPENING AND BEING PLAYED RIGHT AFTER CLICKING THE "DOWNLOAD RINGTONE" LINK. THERE’S NO FILE ON YOUR COMPUTER.
Try right-click the link and choose the "Save as…" menu. Navigate to the folder you want to save the file in. Specify a new name for it, if needed. Press the button ‘save’.

6. THE RINGTONE THAT WAS SENT BY EMAIL IS NOT RECEIVED.
This could happen for several reasons, but they are outside our competence.
- The address you’ve entered is invalid; you might have entered it incorrectly. If you are using your mobile phone Email, the service might be off.
- Your Email service might have recognized the letter as spam. Try once more or just turn the spam-filter off.
- The server might decline the letter, because it doesn’t accept the attachments or the letter size is too large.

7. THE LINK THAT WAS GIVEN FOR THE PHONE DOWNLOADING DOESN’T WORK.
There could be several reasons for this: - Your mobile phone is not connected to the internet or the service is not on.
- You phone doesn’t support this Internet protocol.
- Your phone doesn’t support this audio file format.

8. AN ERROR (INTERNAL ERROR ! Please reload audio file ...) OCCURS RIGHT AFTER PRESSING THE "MAKE A RINGTONE" BUTTON.
That means there was a fatal error while processing you inquiry. Check your computer for minimum requirements and upload the audio file once again. If the error repeats, try another audio file.

9. AN ERROR (INTERNAL ERROR ! Please try again ...) OCCURS RIGHT AFTER PRESSING THE "MAKE A RINGTONE" BUTTON.
That means there was a fatal error while processing you inquiry. You can try again later. If the error repeats, follow the previous directions.

10. AN ERROR (DRAG MARKERS TO CHANGE RANGE AND DURATION FIRST) OCCURS RIGHT AFTER PRESSING THE "MAKE A RINGTONE" BUTTON.
The markers for the beginning and the end of the ringtone are nor set, or they are set into the same point. Please drag the markers according to the directions.

11. AN ERROR (YOUR QUERY IS PROCESSED) OCCURS RIGHT AFTER PRESSING THE "MAKE A RINGTONE" BUTTON.
Your ringtone query is already being processed. If that is not so, the query is likely to be opened as a result of an error. In that case the resume is available in a minute only.

12. AN ERROR (NOT VALID E-MAIL, PHONE NUMBER OR CARRIER.) OCCURS RIGHT AFTER PRESSING THE "MAKE A RINGTONE" BUTTON.
There could be several reasons for this:
- The address you’ve entered is invalid.
- The prefix is less than 7 symbols or contains not only digits.

13. AN ERROR (MAXIMUM QUANTITY OF QUERIES OR DIFFERENT E-MAILS HAS BEEN EXCEEDED OR MINIMUM TIME BETWEEN QUERIES HAS NOT BEEN MET) OCCURS RIGHT AFTER PRESSING THE "MAKE A RINGTONE" BUTTON.
Maximum of different Emails for sending the ringtones has been exceeded. Try any address you’ve already used.
Minimum time between queries for emailing the ringtone hasn’t passed yet. Try again later.

14. AN ERROR (SELECTED BITRATE IS HIGHER THEN SOURCE FILE BITRATE) OCCURS RIGHT AFTER PRESSING THE "MAKE A RINGTONE" BUTTON.
The bit rate you’ve selected is higher than source file bit rate. This is impossible. Select lower bit rate and try again. Notice that the lower bit rate is the lower quality you get.

15. AN ERROR (SERVER OVERLOADED. PLEASE, TRY AGAIN LATER) OCCURS RIGHT AFTER PRESSING THE "MAKE A RINGTONE" BUTTON.
Unfortunately, the server is overloaded and it can’t process your query now. Please try again later.

16. AN ERROR (ERROR PREPARING THE RINGTONE FILE) OCCURS RIGHT AFTER PRESSING THE "MAKE A RINGTONE" BUTTON.
An error occurred while processing your query. Check all the requirements ( #1 directions) and try again.

17. AN ERROR (TIMEOUT DETECTED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN) OCCURS RIGHT AFTER PRESSING THE "MAKE A RINGTONE" BUTTON.
The maximum time for processing you ringtone has exceeded. Try again later. If the error repeats, try uploading another audio file.

18. AN ERROR (NO REQUIRED VARIABLE FOR FILTER) OCCURS RIGHT AFTER PRESSING THE "MAKE A RINGTONE" BUTTON.
You have chosen the filter, but you haven’t filled in all the required data (filter settings). Fill in the data or turn the filter off.
